We only collect personal information when you use the contact forms on the Web Site to communicate with us. We do not collect any personally identifiable  information from visitors to our Web Site who choose not to use the contact forms or do not communicate with us.

We collect personal information from you that may be used to identify you individually, such as your name, any addresses you provide, any telephone numbers you provide, any email addresses you provide and the internet IP address that you used when filling out the forms.

NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION – (CONTACT FORM USERS ONLY).
We collect "non-personal" information from you which cannot be easily used to identify you personally. We collect your IP address, browser type and operating system.

If you communicate with us directly regarding the Web Site or enquire about our products or services then we will collect any information that you provide during these communications. We use this information to respond to your enquires through phone calls, text messages, emails or letters that are necessary to fulfil your requests.

In order to improve our services and the online user experience you have with us, like many other businesses, we use analytical and statistical reporting technologies to record non-identifiable information which includes data such as your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages visited, interactions such as form use and length of time the page was viewed for, the date and time of day the page was viewed. None of the information collected is personally identifiable.

  2. If you place an order and we send a payment receipt or payment communication to you then we will use your name, email address and contact details to verify and fulfil such requests as part of your contract with us..

We use non-personal information to track the use of the Web Site, and to help us maintain and improve the services offered by it.

    All transactions are carried with at least 256bit industry leading encryption.

We will share your data with employees who are directly responsible for the day – to – day fulfilment of your requests. For example, if you request an appointment, your personal information will be provided to your surveyor so that he can perform his duties in connection with your request. We do not employ subcontractors and all employees are trained in the handling of personal information.

We store your personally identifiable information records within our own proprietary on-site database which is encrypted. All computers on our network are protected by antivirus and reside behind industry leading firewalls. All devices, including mobiles and external connections to our network via VPN are encrypted.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to any third party website(s) that you visit from the Web Site because we cannot control how the information you then provide may be used. SCL highly recommends that you read and fully understands the 3rd party’s own privacy statement in this regards.
